Shipping policy

Niche Fragrance Lovers is committed to dispatching online orders as fast and efficiently as possible. Online orders are packed during business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Orders are aimed to be dispatched within 2 business days of placement time. Once an order has been dispatched, all relevant tracking information will be emailed to customer. Please allow at least 24 hours from dispatch time for tracking information to become available. If there is any delay in dispatching an order, the friendly team will notify the customer and discuss options accordingly.

Shipping may take longer due to third party shipping circumstances. If delivery dates differ and or there is any delay due to delivery courier after item has been dispatched, Niche Fragrance Lovers is not responsible.

Standard delivery: 2-7 business days after dispatch

Express delivery: 2-3 business days after dispatch

PRE-ORDERS:

Please note: if your order includes a pre-order item, dispatch may take approximately 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase.

Where possible, orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available.

You will initially receive a shipping notification from Shopify. This email should be ignored as a second email will be sent detailing when the Pre-order is expected to be shipped.
